CD60 Elite Freeze Dryer

The CryoDry® CD60 Elite is an intelligent, high-capacity freeze dryer designed for demanding laboratory, research and production applications. Combining freezing and drying in a single process, it eliminates manual handling and streamlines workflows, with manual, programmable and AutoDry™ operation for maximum flexibility.

With a 60 kg ice condenser capacity, 30 kg ice removal per 24 hours and 31,005 cm² of shelf area, the CD60 Elite is built for high-throughput applications. Its 9 programmable shelves provide temperature control from −40°C to +60°C, while the unique Sandwich Shelf Stack Design ensures uniform heat distribution and temperature control.

The CryoDry® Console provides full remote control via Wi-Fi or the Internet, including limitless programming, live process tracking and multi-machine management. Real-time SMS and email notifications keep you informed, while the CryoDry support team is only one click away for technical and application support.

BlastFreeze™ and BlastMelt™ technology take speed and efficiency to the next level. BlastFreeze™ uses fan-assisted rapid freezing to accelerate product freezing and reduce typical freezing times by more than 30%. Once the cycle is complete, BlastMelt™ rapidly melts and drains the accumulated ice, with a typical full-machine ice load defrosted in less than three hours. Together, these technologies minimise freezing and defrosting time, helping maximise throughput and get the CD60 Elite ready for its next cycle.

A triple-redundant refrigeration system, energy-efficient inverter technology and environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant deliver reliable, efficient operation.
